Refund & Return Policy

At Cesslu, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cesslu.com.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with specific instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@cesslu.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom or personalised products.

  • Personal care goods (beauty products).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the conditions mentioned above.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please reach out to us at info@cesslu.com.
